NatCroMo 2017

March is National Crochet Month! Although I like to celebrate crochet almost every single day, this month makes it an excuse to enjoy it a bit more! šŸ˜‰ Tons of designers and fiber businesses have come together with Crochetville for the NatCroMo Blog Tour! This is my first year participating with Crochetville, and I am so happy to be doing so. Be sure to check out Crochetville’s Blog every day this month as they are featuring several designers and other crafty fiber friends each day!

Today is my day to be featured! If you haven’t been keeping up with Crochetville’s NatCroMo Blog Tour, this year’s theme is “Glamping” aka glamourous camping. Now I really don’t consider camping to be quite glamourous at all. I usually end up getting sweaty, sunburnt, and smelling of bug spray by the end of our camping trips haha. Despite all that, I do enjoy a good camping trip where I can relax in nature and really spend time with my family, sitting around the fire, roasting marshmallows, and watching my son as he continuously drops a toad and practically kills it (don’t worry we usually sneak it away from him and let it go!).

I sometimes bring yarn with me when we camp. I mean what is better than relaxing outside with a good WIP?! I don’t have anything to really glam up our campsite crochetwise because I don’t like certain things to smell like smoke from the campfire, but a good sunhat is always helpful when the sun is beating down on your campsite and your firepit is not covered by any shade yet!!

To celebrate National Crochet Month and Crochetville’s NatCroMo Blog Tour, I am offering my Aidan’s Sunhat pattern for FREE from 3/19-3/26 with the CODE: NATCROMO.

*Click “Add to cart” NOT “Buy now” to enter in the code.*

You can also get 60% off ALL patterns in my Ravelry shop! No code needed!
